However, the remaining stereotypes in the «our-stranger» plane consistently are reproduced by society, conflicting with the changing sociocultural realities when powerful migratory streams push together cultures among themselves.Heterotopia breaks the developed stereotypes and designs new complete space that demands theoretical judgment. The purpose of this article - the analysis of theoretical constructs of interaction «our - another - stranger»: a presumption of cultural equality, when free competition of cultural traditions and possibility of their voluntary assimilation is welcomed; «new nationalism»; “Russian project"; multiculturalism, neoeurasianism and identification of their potential opportunities from the point of view of cultural safety. In modern society, the heterotopia is shown in a multi-vector orientation of a dichotomy "our" and "stranger". However, cross-cultural dialogue as communicative process is connected more with the transculturation phenomenon testifying about openness of polycultural society to the heterogeneous world. ER -
